If you have a tour to Iran and want to hire a personal car, it will very expensive. It is recommended that you either use public transport whilst you are there or, that you hire a driver/use a taxi. It is very safe way to do drive because the drivers are well aware about their country' laws and rules. You can get confuse if you are driving by yourself, because the translation of the roads may be different from the map and the further confusion whereby some cities have more than one name.
